  Worked here for about three months last year and completely hated it when you ask for help your ignored or yelled at in front of the customers unfortunately I had to put up with the managers being younger then me as the constantly gossiped about other employees or customer's just sad

  I understand that McDonald's has drive thru times to meet but when I'm the only customer in the drive thru do not make me pull forward where your snow plow almost hits me. Plus if you're going to ask me to move you could say please.

  Several times over the last 2 years I have attempted to eat at this McDonald's. I say attempted because of the approximately 12 to 15 visits in that time I have yet to get an order that is correct or one that has been properly cooked.
  All the times that I have gone back because of either missed orders or improper preparation they have tried to do their best to make it correct. They have not always been successful but at least they've tried.
  My last issue with them was a visit this past weekend. I was just swinging in to get a quick Big Mac meal and again was severely disappointed. My regular order is to upsize the meal to a large I I was told they could not sell me a large drink because they had no large lids. I was also told though that they would be more than happy to sell me a medium drink. Problem was is that when they rang the total since all drinks are a dollar my pricing didn't change. I'm not claiming bait and switch but I just told them to cancel the whole order and decided to go for Taco Bell instead.
  It has to be a problem with Management training as it has been a consistent issue. I have given up on this particular McDonalds. They will not see me at their door again.
