  3 of 5 out of our party ordered hash browns. All 3 of us agreed they tasted terrible. When the waitress returned, we told her. She did offer to get us something else, but by that time, we were almost done eating and would have just preferred a small credit to our bill. When we received our bill, no credit. When we went to pay and were asked how everything was, we again stated the hash browns were bad. No apology, just "ok, $48 please". At that point, I asked to speak to the manager. She came out and said the waitress already told her and that the cook put waaaay too much oil on the grill which makes them taste really bad. That's it, no apology, much less an offer to make it right. Guess that's the last of my visits to Bob Evan's. Used to eat there all the time, but haven't been in years......the quality is definitely not the same.
